Not that I know of, but mysqldump generates a script to regenerate and relaod the database. Chekc your docs.
You could take this and amend it to generate your DB2 database, possibly re-populate it too.
For the scripts themselves, there are probably some awk wizards out there that can do it in 6 lines of code. <g>
