Hello all,
Has anyone encountered the following error when trying to connect to an
Oracle DB through PHP?
"ORA-24327: need explicit attach before authenticating a user "
We have no problems connected through sqlplus clients on the PHP server and
Oracle DB server.
Any advise on how to solve this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Bob
