This is my first post to this list. I'm in the process of installing a
"virtual e-card" system on our Windows NT server. It involves using both
PHP4 and MySQL.
The installation process was a success, but I've been having problems
viewing the index.php file. I keep getting the following Parse error
message:
Parse error: parse error, expecting
T_STRING' or T_VARIABLE' or
`T_NUM_STRING' in
C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\ecard\index.php on line 64
I was advised by the creator of this virtual e-card system to add the
following piece of code to the second line:
error_reporting(0);
Unfortunately, this didn't solve the problem. I was hoping that someone
on this list might know the answer. I have a feeling that it might be a
simple solution. Thanks in advance to anyone who knows the answer.
