You can do that...
reload page with a parameter in javascript to php, like:
<?
if (isset($screenwidth))
{
// do some code here because you got the screen width from
javascript......
}
?>
<html>
<body>
<? if (!isset($screenwidth)) { ?>
<script>
location.search = '?screenwidth=' + screen.width;
</script>
<? } ?>
rest of page....
</body>
</html>

Hi there,
I'm working on a menu system for my website so that it can tell which screen
resolution you have, and then it loads the right menu (For positioning etc
....)
Is it possible to store a Javascript value (Say 800) as a value that PHP can
pickup and use? I ask as I am going to havea JScript check for the screen
resolution of the user, then I want it to store it so PHP can look at it,
see if the value is 800 or 1024 or whatever, and then display the correct
include.
Thank you so much for your help and time everything.
Regards
Chris Payne
