Pull from Access DB on Linux Box from PHP

Sorry for the cryptic subject line. I'm trying to help out someone who came to me with a project she couldn't finish. Thought she could build an ASP site for a Linux box using FrontPage. And now she needs me to bail her out, because the client doesn't want to put ChiliSoftASP on their server but still wants to use their M$ Access db. They want that server to be standalone -- so connecting MySQL to Access isn't an option. So, I want the quickest & cheapest solution -- and that seems like PHP tying into what? Can PHP on a Linux box connect to an Access DB if the Access file is saved locally? TIA, Bill
