The first INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE will lock the table. When that transaction
is completed, the second user will be granted access.

this should be in a MySQL newsgroup, but I'm not subscribed at the moment.
I was wondering about MySQL's ability to handle multiple input at one
time....
what happens if 2 users are both using INSERT/UPDATE/SELECT/etc.... at the
same time... does MySQL have a fit and give one person an error and the
other the result, orr will it handle both without any problem??
thanks,
