Although missing CASCADE, vers 4.0 does have UNION. Still missing
sub-selects, though.

Why not??? Let me count the reasons...
1. vers 4.0 was released only 2 days ago
2. vers 4.0 release is alpha version
3. vers 4.0 is unstable, that is, subject to change as the developers
create BETA version
4. vers 4.0 would NOT be a wise choice for mission-critical applications
until stability is resolved
5. According to the updated vers 4.0 manual, FOREIGN keys are not mentioned
as added
6. According to the updated vers 4.0 manual, CASCADE are not mentioned as
added
