Probably you are using windows. In the php.ini there is a setting where session files have to be
stored. The default is /tmp
which under windows is relative to the current drive where is php installed. I see that you changed
this parameter. I think that
there is no such directory /Temp on the drive where PHP resides(create it). Check for that.
