I would suggest changing COUNT(*) to COUNT(properties.PropertyID)

$phTotal = $phrow["phTotal"];
PRINT "<td align=\"right\">$phTotal</td>\n";
} // end WHILE
Is there an obvious problem here and can anyone help?
