Similar yes, solution no... But it seem only to happen when I test on my internal test enviroment, not when deployed on more serious installed FreeBSD or Solaris servers. But.... here it comes... as soon as I click on another window for example make Outlook the aktive window. NC connects in the backgroud fast as light! So what the hack is going on?
