U could use round.
if u looked @ the php.net website. & searched you would of found it.
heres the url http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.round.php
an example is below.
basically. its
round($number,$deciminal_places);
EXAMPLE
$foo = round(1.95583, 2); // $foo == 1.96
