This is all tags, and the lack of their proper use... The login page: Check your open and close table, tr and td tags... make sure every open tag has a corresponding close tag. I noticed that the giant image didn't display in NS because you had an instance of <TD><TD></TD>.... and that's not going to work w/ NS. The calendar page: You don't have form tags AT ALL! You need to have both open and close form tags in this display for form inputs to show up at. (Actually, you can get by without a close form tag if you've only got one form on the page, otherwise all subsequent form tags are ignored, and the submit button for what YOU think is form 3 will submit to form 1... a particularly nasty bug to track down if you aren't familiar with NS's fickle nature.) Editorial: Netscape is best for development of this sort of thing. It will show you all of those problems because it's more picky about the syntax being correct. IE is so dumbed-down that it'll show you whatever it thinks you want to see, regardless of how horrid the syntax is... -r3- ----- Original Message ----- From: Donald Smith <don@newsvideo.com> To: <php-db@lists.php.net> Sent: Monday, January 04, 1904 8:46 AM Subject: [PHP-DB] Netscape Compatibility > *Whew* I've pulled myself up by the bootstraps learning PHP and MySQL, and > I've got a test page at http://www.dallasbureau.com.
