I can't connect to oracle database from PHP on WIN98. It says that TNS
cannot resolve database name. I have no problems with connecting to this
database from SQL+ on WIN98 and PHP under linux.
Does anybody have PHP on WIN98 running with OCI functions? If so, I'd
like to know what version of PHP, oracle ... you have, and where can I
find proper files. I've got files from download.swwwing.com but it
doesn't help.I don't know what to do.
