While preparing a RPM package with apache-ssl-php bundled all together, and
php including PostgreSQL support, i noticed something funny: the MySQL
support gets into php even without specific configure parameter! You have to
specifically put "--without-mysql" to get it out. :-)
So now i wonder if there is any list with all the default enabled and
default disabled options, like the one Apache provides in the INSTALL file...
