displaying the whole string

Hi,
When submitting this form to another page and displaying $Header in it,
it is suppose to display for example as an <option>
EXTERNAL PLATFORM
but instead of that it is displaying the only EXTERNAL word
what is the syntax to use?
here is the form :
echo "<p>Select a platform : <select name=Header
size=1>\n";
while ($myheader = mysql_fetch_row($header)){
echo "<option value=".$myheader[0].">" .$myheader[0];
}
echo "</select>" ."<br>";
