Hi,
I want c2 to be already set to 0 or 1 (rather than ON or OFF) when
submitting to the other page
echo "<td width=20% height=19><input type=checkbox name=c1>
Account collection</td>\n";
when checked I want c1=0 when OFF I want c1=1
