form processing?

I have a form that will INSERT into database. But before inserting, I want to give the user option to verify it. So the 1st page they will fill out the form and they will click submit, it will give them a confirmation page for whatever they entered. After that it will write in to the database. I know how to do it in perl, passing the form into variables, but can;t figure out in php, any examples? thanks ~ 'v' // \ /( )\ ^`~'^
