You can use PHP to send mail.
If you wish to set it up:
Open the php.ini and look for:
[mail function]
; For Win32 only.
SMTP= this will be your smtp server; for Win32 only
; For Win32 only.
sendmail_from= this will be your email address; for Win32 only
; For Unix only. You may supply arguments as well (default:
'sendmail -t -i').
;sendmail_path=this is the path to sendmail
