I need programming done in PHP3...

Here is an idea that I would like to do for the end of August. The Dream Game is okay for my site accept I do not like how it works to involved etc..So I have though of a new game, which people earn credits towards! Each time they guess what is in the box they will still receive $5.00 for each one. At the end of the month, they would receive an email with a url to go to. Once there it would explain the whole entire game to them and this is how I would like it to run. There would be three pictures. I think they will be envelopes. They have one chance to win. They will click on one of the envelopes and it will show one of the following: Either there total cash amount that they have totaled though the whole month, or a prize (for example movie tickets, flooz, gift certificates etc...) or a red X. The red X would mean they lost, after that one envelope opens the other two will open to show where there other prizes would of been. I would need an administration area where I will pick how many winners there will be. Example: 10 movie ticket winners, 3 flooz winners, etc... I need to control this part. So lets say there is a total of 1200 players. I would be able to go into that area and pick 20 winner of Gift Certificates, 5 winners of flooz, and 3 winners of there total cash amount! After they play, an email would be sent to them saying better luck next time or what they have won and how to redeem it etc... Then I would need a list or some how seeing which members won what.. I don't want to pick the winners, the script will, I just want to pick how many win what. I also need to be able to put in different prizes. So if I make a deal with a website I will be able to put there info in there. Johnny, I would like for this at the end of august, do you think we can do this? Let me know what you think and a cost!
