any php/Linux gurus out there?

Hi I am running the security upgrade and am getting the following error when I run the RPM The install is RH 7.0 and was pre-installed. I had assumed that the RPMs from Redhat would match the pre installed version, as it was standard. I am a humble programmer (and part time sys admin!), rather than a Linux/RH guru, so would appreciate some advice.
