Thanks for the tip. I tried that and when I run the configure script I get
"checking for Oracle-OCI8 support... no". However, the other Oracle related
configure statements show up as follows:
"checking for Oracle-ORACLE support... yes"
"checking Oracle Install-Dir... /path/to/oracle/8.1.5" (same as
$ORACLE_HOME)
"checking Oracle version... 8.1"
What else do I need to do?
Thanks,
Kevin

ora_xxxx functions. When I attempt to use a OCI function, I get a undefined
function error. Any help would be appreciated.
