You don't have Interbase support in your PHP code. If you're using windows you need to enable the Interbase dll in your php.ini. If you don't have the dll download it from download.swwwing.com (and grab their binary too). If you're on *nix, compile it with interbase support. When you configure the use --with-interbase option. In your php soure dir type : ./configure --with-interbase=<when you've installed interbase> --with-the-other-options....
