My apologies for jumping to conclusions. I'd hope that everyone on this distinguished list
would recognize the value of data privacy. It's just painfully apparent that many people in the
world do not.

Do realize that there are many internet sites which collect permission-based
email data and run newsletters, promos, etc.
Just because it's a bulk mailing does NOT mean that it's
1) spam
2) unsolicited
Do not jump to conclusions and refrain from helping someone because you
THINK you know what they're doing.
He may be spamming. He may not. It's his choice and his entry into the
RBL databases.
