RE: mail() ? Clarification

Hi All Just to put this ? of spam to rest. My customer is a respected UK based importer and supplier of there goods and is fully aware and adheres to the data protection act. I personally would never get involved with any project that uses spam or stealth scripting as part of their marketing operations. All the email addresses have been given freely and the client has been asked and selects to join the companies email notification of sale and special of promotions.
