problems with BACKUP TABLE

When try to use BACKUP TABLE, i get an error
'Failed copying .frm file: errno = 2' in the result table.
What's the problem?
P.S. SELECT VERSION() - 3.23.40 and type of the table is MyISAM
(CHECK works fine).
