Using PHP on Cygwin-apache on W2k

A few questions, on which I cannot find the answer myself :(
- Where should I place my php.ini? (is it still c:\winnt\system32)
- Where do I place the module needed for apache?
- How do I include php in apache (the 'loadmodule...' and-so-on)
