You may want to consider having the personal information go into a database and upload the
attachment to a secure directory on the server. Then you can manage the resumes and such from any
browser anywhere and structure the data in an easily searchable way.

I am creating an HTML form that one will fill out, upload their resume,
write a message, give their reply-to email address and send the email to me
with the uploaded file as an attachment.
I know I have to create the email message with mime, but I'm not sure what
the mime type would be for a word file and a pdf file at the same time.
Also I'm unsure of the logical structure that the script would take since
this is my first time using MIME...
Any insights would be much appreciated.
