Suppose you are using PHP.
A link like this:
http://yourdomain.com/yourpage.php?var1=value1&var2=value2&var3=value3
will do the trick.
And in the page that receives this link (yourpage.php that is), use $_GET[]
to get the value:
$var1 = $_GET["var1"];
$var2 = $_GET["var2"];
$var3 = $_GET["var3"];
