I've been working on some solutions with php and mysql, but now
something new is bothering me.
I've a web site (mostly php) that runs behind a mysql database, but I
need to update that database with new info every night, that other
database is working on oracle.
Does some1 knows how to make this work?
I was thinking in doing something like (pseudo code):
While ($id)
{
$result = Select * from (oracle_database) where id = $id
insert mysql_database (...,...,...) values (result)
}
The prob is this is something working in php and i would like to do it
automatically.
I would appreciate some help on this.
Thanx
Pedro
