ODBC cursor type

I am connecting via ODBC to a database (MAS90) and cannot use the
default cursor type. I need to use a forward-only cursor, but cannot
find how to set it using the "odbc_setoption" command. Does anyone have
any info? Where can I find a listing of the "codes" that are referenced
in the documentation?
