Hello,
If I were to use a plain old htaccess file with a htpasswd file for user authentication, rather than
php files, could PHP somehow later retrieve the username used through some system or browser
variables?
I would assume that the browser keeps the username and password as long as the session is active...
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
