postgreSQL+phpPgAdmin

Hi, I am trying to run phpPgAdmin but it just wont work. I have tried different combinations in the config file but I get the same errors. The error I get in the console.... ==== FATAL 1: SetUserId: user 'password=' is not in 'pg_shadow'FATAL 1: SetUserId: user 'password=' is not in 'pg_shadow' FATAL 1: SetUserId: user 'password=' is not in 'pg_shadow' ==== The error I get on the webpage when I try to open phpPgAdmin's index.php... ===== Warning: Unable to connect to PostgresSQL server: FATAL 1: SetUserId: user 'password=' is not in 'pg_shadow' in lib.inc.php on line 121 Error - /home/httpd/html/phpPgAdmin/index.php PostgreSQL said: Unable to connect to server Back ===== I dont know how to get arround this problem, please help me if some one knows what the problem is. I am attatching the config file so that if there's some error in configuration you'll know it. Problem 2:- I want to open a page using PHP in certain situations. I can do it using the include('PageName.html') function. But this will show the name of the file being opened in the address bar.
