Copying or duplicating tables

In MySQL: I am looking for an easy way to create a table that will be identical to another table in the same database (except the table name, of course). I do not necessarily need the data duplicated, just the table structure. It seems like there should be some type of duplicate_table() or copy_table function, but have not found one. Any suggestions?
