Try something like this:
SELECT
CONCAT(extract(year FROM FROM_UNIXTIME(time)),
extract(month FROM FROM_UNIXTIME(time)))
MAX(COUNT(*)) as max_monthly_views,
time
FROM
tececo_stats
group by
CONCAT(extract(year FROM FROM_UNIXTIME(time)),
extract(month FROM FROM_UNIXTIME(time)))
