passing parameters

Hi,
I'm using windows2000 at home, now when I'm creating new scripts they won't
actually work on win2000, but works on Unix. i mean the parameters don't
seem to be passed to the script in the Win2k, how can I solve this problem.
I checked everything but I'm sure the scripts do not have a clue about the
information passed from the prev. form.
Any help?
