Or install MySQL ODBC driver's on your MS Access workstation and export the
table's to MySQL;
That's the fastest way, note that the autonumber field from Access is not
availlable in any other database, there are functions to do this within the
different RDBMS.

1) in access, save as comma-delimited (or other delimiter)
2) in MySQL monitor or through your scripts, use LOAD DATA INFILE ...
