Hi,
I'm trying to connect to remot oracle 7.3.4 with oci8.
$cSID="mySid";
$cUser="Scott";
$cPwd="Tiger";
putenv("ORACLE_SID=".$cSID);
putenv("ORACLE_HOME=E:/orant/");
putenv("TWO_TASK=e:/orant/net80/admin/tnsnames.ora");
$conn = OCIPLogon($cUser , $cPwd, $cSID)
I've got an tradtional error:
Warning: _oci_open_server: ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve service name
in ...
php-4.0.2 cgi version
winnt
apache 1.3.12
Oracle net7, net8 in the same directory (e:\orant).
tnsping is Ok.
entire week I spend to connect to Oracle ... (change web server from IIS
to Apache and so on)
I hope it is last problem ...
