email form

I am trying to figure out how to take the data that I have collected in a form and format it into another page basically a bunch of tables and graphics, and then email that form to a specific email address. I have been able to get it to collect, place into the page, but now how to email the complete form?? Does anybody have an idea??? Thanks Ryan
