Hi, I have a question : i downloaded the myodbc drivers for WinNT. I would like to be able to import access databases in my MySQL server. Now the FAQ said i had to make a system dns and a user dns and that i had to give hostname, user name, password, port, etc. But when i go to the ODBC Data Source Administrator and select the System DNS tab and i create a new dns, i can only give the source name and a description (and select a database, but i don't want it to be connected to just one db). When i try out to link the tables of a new database under Access and select type of file : ODBC databases, i can select my poorly made system dns but then i am asked for a mdb-file instead of wich tables i want to link with. So i think i messed up in step 3 of the question 4.2 of the FAQ but i have no idea how to do it right. I am just new in this list, i hope i didn't ask a question you allready got a thousand times. thanks, Peter
