mailing list software

I'm running majordomo on my clients server with about 100,000 users subscribed for a bi-monthly newsletter. Problem is that it often craps out at around 15,000 so I now have to break it up into chunks and manually send each chunk out -- this is quite tediuos. I've been looking around for a replacement script and I was wondering if any of you could suggest a mailing list script that will handle such a large list all at once. I've been looking at php/mysql solutions. If possible, a script with a link in the footer of the message to a URL to unsubscribe is preferred over replying to an unsubscribe alias - however its not a must.
