Problem connect access db

When I try to connect with a ms access db over a network I've this
error:
MSaccess DSN(Microsoft Jet engine couldn't open the database 'Unknow'.
Another user is using it exclusively, or you dont have permission to
use
it).
If i copy this db in Local i connect perfectly.
Any Ideas?
