I've never used oracle before but in the manual it has 'Ora_Logon' intsead
of ora_connect'
eg.
$conn = Ora_Logon("user@TNSNAME", "pass");
also
The parse error refers to "dbuser"@"TNSNAME" as the '@' sign is not
inside
the quotes.
