You'll need to install Oracle 8i *client* on your w3 server in order for
it to run - just enough to get OCI8 and Net8 [and maybe SQL Plus to
confirm a good connection] Also, your httpd.conf file will need two SetEnv
statements:
SetEnv TNS_ADMIN "/usr/local/ora816/network/admin"
SetEnv ORACLE_HOME "/usr/local/ora816"
[or where ever your dirs are located].
Note that your tnsnames.ora file must be located on the w3 server, as
apache doesn't like to see it if it's on a remote drive.
