I've never had such problems with PHP until now. I'll try to explain it
the more straight-forward way I can.
Configure command used:
./configure --with-mysql=../mysql --with-apache=../apache_1.3.12
--enable-track-vars --disable-debug --enable-sysvshm --enable-sysvsem
--with-gd --with-ftp
Then I do make && make install. PHP 4.0.2 compiles normally. No errors
or warnings are given at this time.
Then I try to compile Apache. Configure command used is:
./configure --activate-module=src/modules/php4/libphp4.a
It configures normally also. The compiling follows normally, until it
returns this:
make[4]: Nothing to be done for `all'.

It seemed to be a problem with libmysqlclient, although I'm not really
sure. I think it's a problem with PHP and how it handles libmysqlclient
3.23.34 (which is what I'm using).
Any ideas?
