I think better is :
SELECT COLUMN_NAME FROM ALL_TAB_COLUMNS
WHERE
TABLE_NAME=<your table name> and
OWNER=<your owner name>
or best:
SELECT COLUMN_NAME FROM USER_TAB_COLUMNS
WHERE
TABLE_NAME=<your table name>
Because the table ALL_TAB_COLUMNS has an OWNER column which specifies the
owner of the table and the suggested query could give more than 1 row because
more than 1 OWNER could have created a table whith the same name.
