yes, and export in your "/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd" (on RedHat) following
environment vars:
- ORACLE_HOME
- TWO_TASK
- ORA_NLS
- ORA_NLS33
Remember that user running Apache have to read all is in your $ORACLE_HOME
