Maybe something like this:
$result = mysql_query ("SELECT * FROM Table LIMIT 1",$db);
$my_row = mysql_fetch_array ($result, MYSQL_ASSOC);
foreach ( $my_row as $key => $value ) {
echo "$key: $value<br>";
}
