OCIFetchStatement and ordering an array

Ordering PHP4 an array returned by function OCIFetchStatement(), I was
wondered no ..sort().. do a real order by value, because value itself is an
array, and so I understand from looking at resulting code:
while (list($key,$value)=each($result)) {
print "<td>$key</td>\n<td>$value</td>\n";
}
How can I get an ordered array by value returned by OCIFetcheStatement?
