How can I delete redundant duplicates in MySQL?

Hey there good ppl... I need to delete redundant duplicates of an email field in my DB. I can`t make the email field "unique" because I actually need to be able to insert duplicates. Because my boss is the one making lists over emails, and sometimes there are severeal copies of the same email address within his lists. I load long files with adresses into MYSQL. I need to filter out the redundant duplicates of emails... Can someone help me??? I am desperate...
