Change --with-sybase-ct=<my-path-to-sybase-includes> to
--with-sybase-ct=<my-path-to-sybase>. Php's configure knows where to
get the Sybase includes and libs from the base directory. I would
suggest using sybase-ct, not plain sybase (which is DB-Lib).
